Property AI moves from answering questions to doing the work
MRI Software says its expanded Agora platform now pairs analysis with automated workflows and voice agents for leasing and maintenance. The efficiency claims are the vendor's own.

MRI Software announced on 3 November 2026 that it has expanded Agora, its AI platform for real estate, with new intelligence, workflow automation and voice capabilities. The company says the updates were showcased at its Ascend conference in Las Vegas.
According to MRI, Agora Orchestrator now runs more than 20 real estate workflows powered by nearly 250 AI agents, covering tasks such as rent collections, lead-to-lease management and percentage-rent tracking. Agora Voice is described as handling leasing and maintenance calls around the clock, including logging maintenance issues and triggering work orders.
MRI says clients configure the approvals and controls that decide where staff review is required. The announcement does not include independently verified efficiency results.
Why it matters
The shift from chat assistants to agents that act inside property systems moves the risk from wrong answers to wrong actions. Buyers should test how workflows integrate with existing ledgers and maintenance systems, where approval steps sit, how exceptions are escalated, and how much staff time is actually saved once human review is included — measured on their own portfolio rather than in a vendor demonstration.
