The PropTech News reports on the technology changing how property is run, transacted, built and occupied. We are UK-first, with coverage of Jersey and Europe where it matters to UK readers.

Who it's for

  • Owners and operators, and the managing agents who run buildings day to day
  • Estate and letting agencies, developers and surveyors
  • Conveyancers, lenders and the wider transaction chain
  • Technology suppliers who want to understand the people they serve

What we cover

Our emphasis is property operations and AI, followed by digital transactions and data, then building performance, planning and the companies supplying the sector. We prefer evidence to announcements and say clearly when claims are unverified.

The network

The PropTech News sits alongside two event programmes in development: The PropTech Forum and The Real Estate Forum. The business is funded by annual partnerships and events — never by selling coverage.

Launch stage

This is our launch edition. The newsletter has not started sending, the events are not yet scheduled, and we will publish further details about the publishing business as they are finalised. Read our editorial standards and AI policy, or get in touch.
